The best NLP training programmes train people to practise NLP firstly on themselves in their own lives, and then, by extension, to enhance the lives of those closest them, and then to use NLP for the benefit colleagues and clients.

The Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the first NLP training in Australia to add academic recognition to the rigour and the discipline of NLP. It supersedes the Course in Practitioner of NLP and the Master Practitioner of NLP and sets a new benchmark for NLP training nationally and internationally.

The course covers developments from the major contributors in the field. It addresses personal, professional and business outcomes.

Personal outcomes:

Business outcomes:

Modelling; the Heart of NLP.

Dr. John Grinder Ph.D. and Dr Richard Bandler Ph.D. co-developed NLP by codifying the patterns of exceptionally fine thinking, behaviour and communication in some of the world's most outstanding communicators and therapists. They then replicated these patterns in their own behaviour. This replication they termed modelling. Their outcome was to model the behaviours of an expert until they could achieve the same behavioural results in the same time frame as the expert. Once this criterion had been achieved Grinder and Bandler would teach the model to others.

Since modelling is the heart of NLP, modelling is the core of the Graduate Certificate in NLP. This distinguishes it from those other trainings which teach applications of NLP rather than pure NLP and those those trainings which include material commonly understood to be NLP, but which is not NLP.

A Structured Training.

The Graduate Certificate consists nine units delivered in forty days of training in two parts, Part One and Part Two. Entry to Part Two is only available to participants who have completed Part One.

Part One : Models of Excellence.

This part is a through training in the essential skills of people who excel at what they do. It comprises the patterns and models of excellence which Grinder and Bandler originally created. Students will learn through demonstrations and guided exercises and real life situations. This will equip participants to to learn from their own experience how use NLP to make lasting changes which will work for themselves and others.

Part Two:Become a modeller of excellence.

Part Two is about learning to model excellence for yourself. Once you can model you can use modelling to acquire any skill you choose. you will be able to design your own applications of NLP rather than rely upon the applications of others.

There will be a focus on formal self modelling by investigating and developing your self-concept. This will refine your skills in working with yourself and with others and will further develop the ability to model skills.

You will learn by experiential modelling and then male explicit and codify significant patterns, perceptions and values. Participants may then work with each other to transform any limitations which may have been discovered.

Each student will receive a copy of Whispering in the Wind by Carmen Bostic St Clair and John Grinder (co-creator of NLP).

The Training Format.

Modular 20 day format for each of Parts 1 & 2 : divided into four monthly sessions of five days each. These sessions run Monday to Friday.

This format conforms to the accreditation requirements of 158 hours of live contact training sessions for Part One and Part Two.

Assessment:

In both parts of the course candidates will be assessed though:

You can make NLP live in your life.

NLP is about acquiring a life skill which is why the emphasis in this training is on experience and modelling. The teaching methodology is based on modelling which is about flexibility of response to natural patterning. Using modelling as a teaching methodology encourages NLP patterning to emerge spontaneously in the lives of participants so that they can make NLP their own.

NLP skills are remarkably simple when taught by experts. You can learn them in a relaxed, supportive and informative environment at the NLP Training Centre SA and be guided by an internationally recognised Certified Trainer of NLP.

NLP trainings are designed to permit students to immerse themselves in the NLP experience. This experience will enable you to learn the patterns with ease then delight yourself as you recognise the fluency with which you can demonstrate the patterns naturally in your life. This takes time, time which will allow you to receive a through and comprehensive training in NLP.

The training structure will make it possible for you to learn valuable life skills and work on your life situation without any need to divulge any issues of a personal nature to anyone.

What is the NLP Training Centre SA?

The NLP Training Centre SA is the trading name of Paul Bennett an internationally recognised Certified Trainer of NLP.

The NLP Training Centre SA is part of Dr John Grinder’s informal international network of NLP organizations that promote pure content-free NLP to the world.

About Paul Bennett

Paul Bennett B.A.(Hons) Dip Ed, Graduate Certificate in NLP, is an internationally recognised certified trainer of NLP.

Paul is a former teacher who was fascinated by how people learn and who dedicated himself to discover ways of making the process of learning simpler. Paul’s search led him to find in NLP a precision tool containing models of learning which are efficient, effective and easy to apply.

Paul experienced his first NLP Practitioner Certification Training in 1990 with Marvin Oka, an NLP trainer who was trained by Wyatt Woodsmall and Tad James. Then Paul obtained extensive training in classroom applications of NLP with Michael Grinder. Michael is John Grinder's brother and is extremely expert in NLP. He specialises in applications of NLP to learning and teaching, with an emphasis on school education and gave Paul his introduction to a more systemic and less formulaic approach.

In 1990 Paul began a consultancy business in NLP and since then he has used NLP widely in private consultations and in the trainings he has conducted for staff of companies and government departments.

From 1995 to 1997 Paul trained with Jan Kelly and Gary Yardley, who were trained by Richard Bandler with a brief to train NLP trainers outside the United States. During this time Paul became a master practitioner of NLP, then a Certified Practitioner of Ericksonian and Satir Patterns and finally a Certified Trainer of NLP.

When Chris and Jules Collingwood of Inspiritive Pty Ltd hosted Dr John Grinder and Carmen St Clair-Bostic in Sydney in1998 Paul attended their celebrated “Metaphors and Butterflies” workshop and received five days on the crafting and delivery of metaphor.

In 2002 Paul re-trained in the New Code of NLP with five magnificent trainers of international stature, Jules and Chris Collingwood of Inspiritive who were students and remain associates of John Grinder, Roger Deaner of Leadervision, Steve Andreas, formerly of NLP Comprehensive and Dr John Grinder himself.

Since1997 Paul has been conducting NLP Practitioner Certification Programmes in Adelaide. Paul espouses the view that NLP practitioners be able to practise NLP on themselves first and then extend the benefits of NLP to those closest to them and finally to colleagues and clients.

Paul’s training sessions are interactive, participative and fun and he gives his students a through experience of NLP. He insists and ensures that his students are able to do more than talk about NLP, they are required and taught to demonstrate it in their behaviour.
