Paul is a former teacher who was fascinated by how people learn and who dedicated himself to discover ways of making the process of learning simpler. Paul‘s search led him to find in NLP a precision tool containing models of learning which are efficient, effective and easy to apply.
Paul experienced his first NLP Practitioner Certification Training in 1990 with Marvin Oka, a renowned NLP trainer who had been trained by Wyatt Woodsmall and Tad James.
He subsequently received training in classroom applications of NLP with Michael Grinder, brother of John Grinder and who specialised in applications of NLP for students and teachers.
In 1990 Paul began a consultancy business in NLP and since then he has used NLP widely in private consultations and in the trainings he has conducted for staff of companies and government departments.
Through pursuing his interest in how people learn Paul has become a highly skilled NLP practitioner who revels in unravelling poor learning strategies then re-designs them so that students can develop more fully.
Paul has continued to refine his NLP skills in further studies with some of the world’s finest trainers and exponents of NLP. In thirteen years of practising NLP Paul has become versatile in assisting people with a wide range of issues to improve their lives and skills in a variety of ways.
